‘Cursed be Canaan;
lowest of slaves shall he be to his brothers.’

²⁶He also said,

‘Blessed by the Lord my God be Shem;
    and let Canaan be his slave.

    and let him live in the tents of Shem;
    and let Canaan be his slave.’
